DAKOTA is a very bad Witch who uses her feet to hypnotise her bad guys, beat them up and solve crimes. It doesn't matter how outnumbered she is, once they're under her spell she does what the hell she likes to them. Her legendary high kicks are pulverising, her gymastic agility torments them, her powerful punches knock them around until they're ready to surrender. However, Dakota always teaches them a lesson and hypnotises them to get back on their feet so she can carry on with the beating.
